When we opened Concept 30 in the heart of Málaga, coffee was never going to be an afterthought.
For us, it was always part of the identity of the space, something to be approached with the same level of care as our kitchen, our ingredients, and the atmosphere we wanted people to feel the moment they walked through the door.

That search for quality is what led us to Hermanos Coffee Roasters.
We first discovered Hermanos back in 2017 and immediately connected with the way they approached coffee: transparently sourced beans, thoughtful roasting, and a genuine respect for the people behind every harvest.
Why Hermanos?

Based in London, Hermanos works closely with farmers and cooperatives across Colombia, building relationships that go far beyond simply buying coffee. That level of traceability and care mattered to us from the beginning.
Because great coffee doesn’t start behind the espresso machine.
It starts at origin.
At Concept 30, every coffee we serve is brewed using single-origin beans selected for clarity, balance, and character. The goal is never to overwhelm the palate, but to create cups that feel clean, expressive, and memorable.

But specialty coffee, to us, is also about ritual.
It’s the flat white that becomes part of someone’s morning routine.
The pour over brew shared slowly after brunch.
The quiet pause in the middle of a busy Málaga afternoon.
That’s why we place so much importance not only on sourcing, but on preparation. Every coffee is dialled in daily and brewed fresh to order by baristas who genuinely care about the details: extraction, texture, balance, temperature...The small things that quietly change how a cup tastes and feels.
Alongside espresso-based classics, we also rotate seasonal filter coffees and create drinks that reflect the more wellness-driven side of Concept 30: matcha creations, adaptogen lattes, functional blends, and signature drinks like our Peanut Butter Latte.
The idea has never been to follow trends.
Only to serve drinks we genuinely love drinking ourselves.
And coffee is only one part of the story.

Our seasonal menu follows the same philosophy: seasonal ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, refined sugar-free options, and dishes designed to feel nourishing without losing depth or flavour.
We wanted to build a place where people could slow down for an hour, eat well, drink exceptionally well, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.
That remains the intention behind Concept 30 today.
