Ceremonial grade matcha is made from young tea leaves, carefully grown and ground into a fine powder. The result is smoother, brighter and more balanced than lower-grade matcha, which can often taste bitter or flat.

At Concept 30, we choose ceremonial matcha because it can stand on its own.

It does not need to be hidden behind excessive sweetness or heavy syrups. It has its own character: earthy, vibrant, slightly creamy and quietly complex.
